We aim to post your order within 3 working days, please allow 3-5 business days for delivery.
If you require your order quicker than this please contact us before ordering and we will do our best to meet your requirements.
At the checkout you will have the option to select Standard Shipping (3-5 business days) or First Class Delivery (1-4 business days).
To avoid disappointment all of our shipping options are tracked and we always provide a tracking number.
We are currently only shipping to the UK, Ireland and Jersey but looking to ship internationally in the future.
Lost, stolen, missing or delayed items:
Please contact the correct parcel company we have used to deliver your parcel, this will either be Evri or Royal Mail using your tracking number we have provided for you to then raise your enquiries regarding the issue.
If you have already done this and it has been more than 14 business days we will try to resolve the issue as best as we can.
We also advise to report any stolen parcels to a non emergency number such as 101 to provide the parcel delivery company with your crime/case reference number needed for investigation.
